Frederick C. Witte, MAI, SRA, has been actively engaged in the appraisal of residential, commercial and special use properties in New York and Connecticut since 1983. He has earned the Appraisal Institute's distinguished MAI membership designation, indicating an advanced level of expertise in the valuation of commercial, industrial and other property types. Fred also holds the Appraisal Institute's SRA designation for residential properties. He served as Chairman of the Ridgebury Elementary School Renovation Committee, an $8.7 million school renovation/expansion project. |
